    Our first session will focus on understanding your unique wellness landscape and crafting a personalised approach that honours your individual needs and aspirations. As your Holistic Health Practitioner, I will dive deep into your medical and family history, environmental exposures, lifestyle and diet, emotional wellness and body systems โ€” Nervous, Immune, Gastrointestinal, Endocrine, etc. We will work together to identify and address any specific challenges or triggers that may be hindering your overall health. You will receive access to practitioner-only supplementation and herbal medicines carefully selected for your unique needs, and may be referred for functional testing if required. All of the recommendations will be clearly outlined in a comprehensive treatment plan to guide your progress. The initial consultation can be conducted face to face or via a telehealth video call.

  • Follow up consultation

    In our follow-up session, we will review your progress, discuss functional test results, and go over the next steps in your health plan. We'll assess how you're responding to your current treatments and make adjustments to your herbal remedies, supplements, and overall plan as needed, ensuring you're always on track to achieve the best possible outcomes for your health. The follow up consultation can be conducted face to face or via a tele-health video call.
